A business Advisor is someone that has been invited by a business to provide feedback on the information the business has provided in the questionnaires. The Advisor may look for everything from weakness in a business plan to performance measures to strategic advantages in the marketplace. Advisors may create an opportunity plan for a business based on the business’ responses to the questionnaire and discussions they have had with the business about their development goals.
Your Advisor can be anyone who could offer advice about your business. For example, a Business Mentor, an accountant, a lawyer, an Economic Development Agency, your local Chamber of Commerce or a Training Provider. You can have as many Advisors for your business as you like, and you are the only person who can view and modify which Advisors have access to your business.
